Description

Gilber the "Signor Panettone" boasts a long confectionery tradition that began in 1965 in a small laboratory in Turin thanks to the passion, skill and enthusiasm of young pastry chefs.

Later, it developed into a modern family business still today. Gilber's business has always been based on a confectionery production that is inspired and based on methods typical of the Piedmontese pastry tradition.

Pride of production Gilber has always been the "Piemontese" panettone with the characteristic hazelnut and almond glaze; rich in raw materials, it is the result of a delicate process based on natural leavening. In fact, in our Turin laboratory we only use Natural Mother Yeast, a leavening that takes more than 48 hours and carefully selected raw materials.

This is how our Panettoni, Colombe, Biscotti and Amaretti are born, which for their superfine characteristics have always been appreciated by refined palates.
